On April 22 and 23, 2024 in Rome, MBM organized an important cultural event where the American JEFF STRUECKER, ex-ranger, sergeant and commander of important military operations that have marked the history of the last 30 years, was the protagonist.

On the first day, at the well-known Cepu University in Rome, many people attended Jeff’s testimony regarding the various military operations he experienced such as the one in Panama, in the Gulf Wars, in Afghanistan, in Iraq, in Somalia and Mogadishu.

This last experience also inspired the director of “The Gladiator”, Ridley Scott, in the making of the film “Black Hawk Down” in 2001.

There was great interest, attention and amazement on the part of those present in listening to the different experiences lived by Jeff and the various circumstances he had to face in situations on the edge between life and death where he also testified to his Christian faith.

The next day, Jeff met with the Italian Red Cross military corps in Rome, where in an even more specific and detailed way he told all the anecdotes experienced in battle and gave numerous instructions and encouragement on how to face situations that humanly seem impossible to live. MBM wishes to have Jeff again as a speaker for other future events and conferences, in order to make known his life experience of someone who has lived situations on the edge between life and death.
